We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at our discretion if circumstances make it impractical, unsafe, or unlawful to proceed.

A booking is confirmed only after:

• A signed agreement (where applicable), and

• Receipt of the required deposit or full payment.

Booking dates are not guaranteed until confirmation is received.

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.

• Full payment must be made prior to delivery of final files unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed bookings will honor agreed pricing.

• Additional services, overtime, travel, or revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Failure to make timely payment may result in delayed delivery or cancellation of services.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling requests must be made as early as possible and are subject to availability.

• Rescheduling due to weather or circumstances beyond reasonable control may be accommodated without penalty at Inspire Media’s discretion.

• Cancellations made within [X] days of the scheduled shoot may be subject to full payment.

Inspire Media retains full creative discretion regarding style, composition, editing, and final output. While client preferences and shot lists are welcomed, results may vary depending on location, lighting, weather, and on-the-day conditions.

Turnaround times provided are estimates and may vary due to project scope, season, or unforeseen circumstances.

Final images and videos are delivered digitally via an online gallery or file transfer platform. Inspire Media is not responsible for long-term file storage after delivery unless otherwise agreed.

• A limited number of revisions may be included, as outlined in your agreement.

• Revision requests must align with the original brief.

• Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra fees.

All photographs and videos remain the intellectual property and copyright of Inspire Media.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered content for the agreed purposes, such as marketing, listings, personal use, or promotional activities.

Commercial licensing, paid advertising usage, resale, or third-party transfer requires written permission.

Inspire Media reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, competitions, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients agree to:

• Ensure all locations and subjects are ready at the scheduled time.

• Obtain necessary permissions, permits, or property access.

• Inform Inspire Media of any restrictions, rules, or special requirements prior to the shoot.

Delays caused by client unpreparedness may result in reduced coverage or additional fees.

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, data loss, illness, injury, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, Inspire Media’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected services.

Inspire Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Inspire Media shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, illness, or technical failures.

Personal information collected during booking or service delivery is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used solely for business purposes.

All content on this website, including text, images, videos, and branding, is the property of Inspire Media and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Inspire Media reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Inspire Media operates.
